New York Strip

The New York strip is typically a boneless, well-marbled steak with a strip of fat on the edge to give it a rich flavor. Overall, the New York strip is a fairly lean steak. Though not as tender as some of the more elegant steak options, this steak does hold an intensely bold, beefy flavor and has a great bite without being tough. Filet Mignon
