The Gatlinburg SkyLift has been taking people on rides up the mountain since 1954. In fact, it was the first four-season scenic chairlift in the South. Since then, it has become one of the landmarks of downtown Gatlinburg. You and your date can enjoy the romantic ride to the top of Crockett Mountain, and then spend the evening exploring the Gatlinburg SkyLift Park. On the SkyDeck, you can enjoy a drink with your sweetheart while you soak in the panoramic view of the Smokies from 1,800 feet above sea level. On your way back down the SkyLift, you can soak in the view of the bright lights of Gatlinburg.
